There are thousands of articles saying Multiple meals actually increases IR ... having Intermittent fasting with least carb is the way to go to decrease IR and this reverses all chronic diseases.

Correct. Frequent meals are going to give an Insulin response. Fruits will definitely increase fructose in liver causing fatty liver

OK Sir..! Suppose, if a diabetic patient eats one meal with lots of carbohydrates, should/can that person walk for an hour or so after the meal, in order to reduce the sugar levels in the blood... ? Please do clearify it...!

Six meals a Day six big spikes of Insulin which would never solve Diabetes. May a suitable OMAD with a support of Dietician / Doc can reduce Diabetes.

Sir with full respect history it's created by non veg and veg people My opinion food are not effected whether veg or non veg That is individual choice But I don't agree plants life also like human Since you are not taking non veg it's doesn't me that other people should not take it For your kind information my Boss was 88 years he use to take daily non veg He was very healthy person i have not seen such person
