These are great! I think I’m not going to date mine and that way once I finish a book, I can go back and reuse and just pick a week and it’s already planned with the groceries and prep I need for those recipes. Thanks for your videos! I love them!

So thankful my family LOVES leftovers!! Loved this video, you're so organized with meal planning it must save you a FORTUNE!!! I go to grocery, with a list of stuff I need, then add a lot more as I stroll around with NO purpose to what I'm buying, then have $250 of groceries and NO meal ingredients!! Then have to search for recipes to make some sort of meal from the stuff I bought! You've inspired me to be more mindful with meal planning!! Thanks!

Awesome planning. Thanks for the video. These planners are great, but i wish that they would all be in one book. I wouldn't mind the extra pages in my planner if it meant that my meals and also budgeting planner would be in one place.

You could always put a date cover and change it from Monday to Sunday too. I would probably use the breakfast section and write any events happening so that I can easily remember. Thank you so much for this!!!!!

Ok Jen you’re going to have to share with us how you prep your fruits and veggies. I must be living under a rock but I’ve never precut fruits because they turn so quickly but I’ve never done anything beyond rinsing them with water. Inquiring mind! 😜

Love this new product! I love that you can plan the whole day. Also, as I was listening to you plan, I realized that I should have been writing down the recipes you mentioned. You should seriously write them somewhere and post those on instagram or something! I have never tried the Armenian Salad, but it sounds amazing! Also, I've had a pork loin in my freezer for about a month and I was trying to decide what to do with it. I think I make things more complicated in my head. I need more ideas!

Thank you for the tip on soaking apples and strawberries! How long do you soak them for? The entire time they’re in the fridge, waiting to be eaten? Or for just a short period of time, before you place them in the fridge?

Nope! I just pull the bag out of the freezer and put it in the fridge the night before I use it!

I heard some guy lost 12kg in just one month by following diet plan from Agoge Diet so I tried that too. Although I didn't lose that much, I could say this thing really works and it's definitely worth trying
