I JUST started meal prepping breakfast. I'm on week 2. Making different kinds to see what I like. I used ground turkey tho, instead of sausage because it's my understanding it has more protein per serving. And this round, I added some chopped Spinach into the cooked meat so shrink it up, and add just a bit of extra nutrition to them.

I do one very similar but add air fried turnips...makes you think you got potatoes in there but with half the calories.

You have to work out too. Can’t just eat a bunch of protein and lose fat. Also need to eat less calories than you burn daily and Working out gives your body good reason to burn fat for energy instead of muscle. It’s pretty simple, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy.

All of these meal prep videos are for dieting and weight loss. I’m trying to find something that’s like maximum calories before I go to work doing construction, it’s too early I can’t motivate myself to cook at 4:00am And I’m spending too much money on McDonald’s breakfast

Make some French toast with exta eggs for protein, and throw in some fruit. Takes 2 minutes to cook. Hope that helps.

Do the same thing replace egg beaters with real eggs use a larger tortilla use regular bacon and cheese or even use ground breakfast sausage

Meal prep on your off time and like the other person said, use a big tortilla with 3-5 whole eggs, regular bacon or sausage, regular high fat cheese, salsa, salt, pepper, garlic powder, a little cumin, and oregano to taste. After wrapping, wrap them again in a paper towel and then put them in gallon sized freezer bags (should be able to fit multiple per bag). Each morning take one out still wrapped in the paper towel and microwave for like 2-3 minutes. Gauge it from there if yours will need more or less time, and you have a decent quick meal whenever you need it. Take a couple bananas too, they’re probably the cheapest fruit besides apples but don’t require clean hands.

What i do is rolled them up in parchment paper, then aluminum foil, then in a freezer bag. You can heat them up in the microwave and if you got time put them on the stove top afterwards to cook the tortilla a bit more if you want.

@@Magda_7396 yea absolutely, could put almost anything in a air fryer, probably want to do low temp otherwise you'll crisp the tortilla too much that it would break apart when handling it.

Hes using egg beaters which is egg whites with food coloring and added vitamins that only the yolks have

He uses Egg Beaters made without yolks so it’s just egg whites, and then 12g of lean turkey bacon. It’s ~3g of fat from those.
