Have you ever questioned the tone of your voice? At times it may feel like we’re saying one thing, but to others, it sends a different message. It’s important to remind ourselves, "How are we representing Jesus to a world of broken and hurting people?"
► WHO WE ARE
We are a Community Built on the Life and Teachings of Jesus. A community where anyone and everyone belongs. Why? Because our role is to simply start a conversation and point people to Jesus. He can take it from there.

I think much of the problem is many are young in the faith and have not reached high levels of sanctification and do not have a strong real relationships with Christ. Jesus did get angry once though when men were gambling in the Temple and he threw over tables and rebuked them.

In 1 word legalism or having no real clue or understanding what a New Covenant is especially in contrast with the old the new is so above and beyond the old it's absurd It's great to see so many finally coming to that understanding after centuries and millenia just before the Lord rounds us up

I’m not sure if Judah accidentally said that loving your neighbor is the greatest command here, but I think the greatest command is to love both God and to love neighbor (someone feel free to correct me if they believe I’m wrong 😊) “Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets” (Matthew 36-40 KJV).

Justuh Sample you are correct that God spoke through the OT prophets to call people back to himself. We still benefit from those scriptures today. In these last Days God has and is speaking through Jesus. Sorry for the way I presented what I said but of all the people I hear claiming to be prophets there are very few that call to repentance and only give people what they want to hear.

What’s really hilarious Lee ironic about this teaching is that he is actually doing the same thing that the disciples did when they taught something Jesus didn’t actually say. He reads a passage of scripture and then comes to a lot of conclusions based on conjecture and ideology that he has come in with before actually reading the Scriptures.

The Holy Spirit is not “the Spirit form of Jesus” that is actually a heritcal statement on the doctrine of the trinity (I believe it’s the heresy of Modalism). The Trinity is not God in different FORMS. The trinity is three PERSONS, ONE GOD. The Holy Spirit a distinct person, not just a form of Jesus. Also, only the Son of Man has authority to forgive sins, so Judah Smith can not tell people that they are forgiven forever for simply for raising a hand and accepting Jesus. You don’t tell people IF they are saved you tell people HOW to be saved, only God truly knows the heart. And the only thing you need to do is accept? False. REPENT. Jesus does not just accept you as you are, you must REPENT and believe in the Lord Jesus. Also, Jesus was definitely kind and loving, but he was also bold and he was not submissive and he was at times very harsh. He said to the Pharisees in Matthew 23 and other places: “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees” and “You blind fools” and “For you are like whitewashed tombs which outwardly appears beautiful but within are full of people’s bones and all uncleanness” (Matthew 23:27 if you don’t believe me). That probably seemed very mean. It also might seem mean to tell people they are going to Hell unless they repent and believe in the Lord Jesus, but that is truth. So yes, we ought to be kind and we ought to be loving and we ought to speak with gentleness but we also ought to stand up for truth and to declare boldly even the harsh parts of the Gospel. For God is not only love, but He is Holy and Righteous. And Jesus did not come only to make peace, “Do you think that I have come to give peace on earth? No, I tell you, but rather division. For from now on in one house there will be five divided, three against two and two against three. They will be divided, father against son and son against father, mother against daughter and daughter against mother, mother-in-law against her daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law."” ‭‭Luke‬ ‭12:51-53‬ ‭ESV‬‬ The Gospel is offensive. To understand who Jesus is truly, one must also recognize a full view of Him. Don’t assume that the Gospel is only about love and being kind, for indeed all things must be done in love. But sometimes the most loving thing to do is call someone out, tell someone about the reality of hell and sin, to confront someone with heretical doctrine- for true Christian love is desiring for each other to be saved, and then once saved be made more like Jesus at whatever cost. “Then I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse! The one sitting on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he judges and makes war. His eyes are like a flame of fire, and on his head are many diadems, and he has a name written that no one knows but himself. He is clothed in a robe dipped in blood, and the name by which he is called is The Word of God. And the armies of heaven, arrayed in fine linen, white and pure, were following him on white horses. From his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and he will rule them with a rod of iron. He will tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty. On his robe and on his thigh he has a name written, King of kings and Lord of lords.” ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭19:11-16‬ ‭ESV‬‬ (Before anyone replies to me, I would encourage you to watch Paul Washer’s “Shocking Youth Message” on youtube and let me know what you think after that. For that is a true sermon preached not for the approval of Man but the approval of God, founded on actual deep biblical doctrine and evidence.) God bless.

Judah once again proves how poorly he understands scripture. So basically he's saying that we have no capacity at all to understand Jesus through scripture so we should just shut up. The Jesus he spoke of in this sermon is this wimpy, weak man. This was a high level of bible twisting and that's why the audience was so quiet. Now is being mean a sin absolutely let's start there and deal with repentance.
