After being mistreated multiple times by her nurse, Shanice has had enough. She is tired of being berated, yelled out, and generally treated like garbage. She decides to take matters in her own hands, and leaves her phone recording video during the next encounter with her nurse. After yelling once again at her, Shanice now has the evidence to turn the tables on this evil nurse.

Repercussions For Actions Is What We All Have To Realize And Understand How Our Behavior Can Have An Impact On Others It Looks Like That’s Why It’s Always A Good Idea To Treat Others How You Want To Be Treated Not Saying That We Have To Be Best Friends With Everyone But Just Because Were Not Best Friends With Everyone They Still Deserve To Be Treated With Respect And Dignity Regardless Because Their Still Human Beings Just Like We Are We’re Not Any Better Than Anybody Else Is

This is quite a few years ago my grandfather was in a nursing home. Apparently he's been asking for a glass of water for a long time. My grandmother seen him leaning over in his wheelchair. He asked her for some water she got it for him. She told him we're getting you out of here right now. They told her she can't do that she said watch me and walk out the door with him. I'm glad it was her there instead of me I'd have been arrested out of throwing a holy fit up in her. Later she found out he hadn't been changed all.

Typical example of BECKY. Her attitude of entitlement makes her feel that she can act and treat people anyway she wants and then when it's time to face the consequences for her actions, she plays the victim. As unbelievable as this story looks, some "nurses" are nasty to their patients. Unfortunately, I was very sick, and a nurse not knowing I was a Nurse, mistreated me. I reported her to the Supervisor,as well as my physician. After that I didn't see her anymore. To be a Nurse, requires: compassion, caring, vocation, and love for people regardless of their race, and where they are coming from. Some people want to become Nurses thinking about "making money", that is very wrong, for in order to make some money, will take years of training, experience and education. Just getting a degree, does not mean you are good, knowledgeable, have critical thinking skills and much more. So think about it. Mean people, are mean no matter what!

How about making a video of how majority of the time patients and their families are nasty to nurses. I have been a beside nurse in the hospital for 21 years I have never seen a nurse treat their patient like this. This video sends the wrong message about RNs. It is already a profession that is not respected. I think they need to place cameras everywhere including a patient's room to see the real story. If by chance there are nurses like her treating patients this way then yes they should be terminated. That being said let's talk about the real reason nurses are leaving the profession and how America will soon be hurting for nurses and travel pay will not matter. Some patients are rude, nasty and feel entitled. Nurses are not going to stand by and be punching bags for patients, verbally or physically. Make a video about what we go through day in and day out when the majority of your patients are verbally and physically abusive and disrespectful to you. People think that because you are a nurse that they can mistreat you and it's ok. Wrong! America is in trouble because nurses will one day be hard to find. Good nurses that is.🤔

We went through the same thing when my dad was on Hospice, nurses refused to listen to my mother on what she wanted for him, such as not applying lotion for my dad’s itching because it made it worse. And having an attitude with her when she got upset with them.

Great video and storyline. Loved the ending. Sorry to say that this kind of stuff happens every day in nursing homes around the world. Families are forced to go in and sometimes do the jobs of the nurses for fear that their loved ones are not fed, bathed, or given water. SHM Dang shame. We are sometimes made to move our loved ones to facilities further away that cost much more money just to get them the care they require. Sad😪

If I saw this happening to my family or anyone else I would speak up in nursing homes or Hospitals they suppose to care for the residents or the patients not treat anyone different.Nurses who treat anyone different would not like it happening to them or there family members or friends.

Even if the nurse was sorry for her actions, it is still too late. She still has to suffer the negative consequences of her behavior. I praise the patient for bringing the misbehaving nurse to justice. Something like this can or probably happens in real life.

It does in nursing homes as well, the only reason the nurse was sorry is because she got caught, & the apology wasn't even genuine. She tried to get the patient to talk to her boss in trying to get her job back.

You don't need to be a nurse if you HATE taking care of your patience. Like, I love how she says if you're hungry, you should have thought about that when you didn't eat breakfast. She acts like you can't be hungry at different times. EDIT: Also she's only sorry that she got fired. She didn't learn anything.

Again, as usual, come up with a "racist" idea for a story and make sure you insert a White woman doing the abusing of a Black woman. You live off of garbage like that. I got a better story for you, a true story. Elderly and vulnerable White man is caught on camera being physically assaulted by a Black care worker in a nursing home while he's in bed. YOU get to create the "shocking ending" with your imagination. But, I must remind myself this is SoulSnack, the anti-White racist channel.
