The way I would have figured the last part is for the toilet is instead of centering the toilet I would have gave the toilet 17 inches off the wall and left the rest for the shower space because of the extra room of stepping out of the shower you’re not bumping into the toilet , and that’s just from me plumbing for 35 plus years, I’ve tried it like you were demonstrating. The builder made me move the toilet out of the center of the room. Because he said the same thing I was saying earlier plus how far you have to reach for the shit paper 😅
