Will this measure a stable frequency output from a CB radio?

Hi Scott, thanks for yor question. The built-in frequency counter is suitable for signals up to 100 MHz and between 2V and 20 Vpp. Don't plug your CB directly into it though or you will damage it. It would be safer for you to put a telescopic antenna on the JDS6600 with the CB nearby. The frequency accuracy is stated as "+/- 20ppm" so that's 20 parts per million, so at 27MHz it would be within about 600Hz (plus or minus) of the frequency. No too shabby really.
