You can buy LEDs with warm light (less blue light) or with cool light (more blue) as per your preference.

Great question. ചൂടും UV വെളിച്ചവും കാരണം Filament bulb ആണ് ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ insects ആകർഷിക്കുക. നീല വെളിച്ചവും insects ആകർഷിക്കും. അതുകൊണ്ട് Warm കളർ LED ആണ് ഏറ്റവും കുറവ്.

You might be feeling that just because it produces more light than conventional lights. You can try and change the angle of LED light or use a different bulb style to try and reduce glare. Anti-glare films and light diffusers might also help.
