On these single arm side laterals you gotta keep the handles placement on your forearm constant throughout the weeks cuz when you place it higher on your your forearm your side delts don't have to work as much to lift the same weight up, that's just physics@@MaxEuceda7

Max! You should do the same thing for all the muscle groups next! Maybe quads and calves measurement on leg day, and you can throw in others like chest, forearms, waist eventually too. Been enjoying your vlogs man

Also forgot to ask for your wrist measurement as well, I heard your wrist (and ankles for legs) partly determine how large they can get. I'm stuck with small 6.5 inch wrists :(

yo you should try using idk what it called but it's a strap attachment for cables. Strap it onto your forearms and do SA Lateral raise, it's one of my favorite way to do lateral raise now. The lack of forearms involvement is a game changer istg, and you can control the eccentric even better too. But the thing is I have been to 3 different gym and none of em have the attachment other than the one at my sis's place which is sucks

@MaxEuceda7
@MaxEuceda7 5 ай бұрын

Max do you still take deload weeks if yes when do you do it?
@marken816
@marken816 4 ай бұрын
I'm gonna answer for him. If you're new to lifting, you don't need to deliad. Just have time off when life gets in the way. When you get more experienced and your weights go up, have a deload every 4-12 weeks. Depends on your own body and fatigue. Some people need them in short timespans, some don't. Personally I have one every two months, so every 8 weeks. Also note that if you don't lift plenty of times every week, you also don't need to deload. Let's say this week you go Monday, Tuesday and then only go again the next week. If your routine is like this, deloads are unnecessary.
