On today’s episode of Cooking with Tovia I’m going to show you how to make Meatballs and Gravy. These are easy to make and doesn’t take very long to come together. If you don’t want to use ground beef, feel free to change it to ground chicken, turkey or pork.

ingredients: (this will make 30 medium sized meatballs.)
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 large onion (reserve 1/4 of the onion for the gravy)
5 cloves garlic
3 eggs
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon creole seasoning
2 teaspoons paprika
2 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs (not toasted)
1 1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke-
Gravy-
1/4 onion chopped
3 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cups water, 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
