In this video, I compress my entire mental model for getting through extremely difficult topics in school and university INTO A 3-STEP practical method.
There’s an expectation in school that you’ll be given material at your level and then when you’re there like huh (scratching your head)? you feel like you’re too dumb. But the issue is we aren't given the first steps. Let's talk about it.
-------------------------------
Chapters⏳
0:00- Intro
0:32- 3 MAIN Ideas
1:09- STEP 1- THE BIG PICTURE MAGIC
1:48- 1.1- Find the purpose of the concept
2:47- 1.2- Create Intrigue/Passion
3:43- STEP 2- PULL SINGULAR POINTS OUT
4:16- 2.1- Assume it all works & break it down
5:27- 2.2- Create your OWN points using INTUITION
7:21- 2.3- Check & process the information
8:46- STEP 3- STRENGTHEN & REMEMBER IT ALL
9:05- 3.1- Deepen with teaching
10:23- 3.2- Practice masterfully
11:31- Final stuffs

As professionals, we know that the environment and settings in which we work and study have a huge impact on our motivation, focus, and retention. Taking intentional micro-breaks to refresh and recharge is crucial for performing at our best. The emerging field of natural language processing in large language models presents intriguing possibilities to create truly customized and engaging learning experiences. By integrating some NLP principles, we could design our study sessions like personalized games for our brains - making the material more interactive, intuitive, and enjoyable to master. The potential is there to exponentially accelerate our knowledge acquisition. I understand the demands of medical school, Zain. But I encourage you to explore how a dash of NLP and imaginative session design could transform your learning experience. Small tweaks can make a world of difference. With some creativity, we can work and learn in spaces that inspire our best selves. 👌

Sure but I am afraid a lot of people wont understand, as everyone learns differently at our core. This is the base methodology of what works for me I call *Cognitive Immersion Learning* _(CIL)_ Sure you can google it as i do not plagiarize nothing, but will give you the key things about it. *Core Principles* - - _Uses sensory immersion to activate neural pathways for key learning states_ - _Employs two-way conversational practice with LLM's to reinforce knowledge_ - _Leverages the LLM's dynamic content generation for personalized, long-term reinforcement_ *The 5 Steps of CIL* - *Mental State Priming* - _I use guided visualization prompts to describe an optimal learning mental state._ *Sensory Hook Triggering* - _I view AI-generated images and passages tuned to their primed descriptive profile. This anchors in the visual, auditory and kinetic neural patterns._ *Fluid Conversation Practice* - _I engage in back-and-forth dialogue with the LLM tutor using natural language responses based on primed knowledge concepts. Tutor adjusts questions and explanations based on my own comprehension._ *Projected Refresh Cycling* - _At increasing intervals, I receive AI-generated sensory content related to what was covered, prompted by test questions and explanations. The cycles aim to reinforce neural connections faster._ *CIL Dashboard* - _I access my own custom dashboard that tracks my own conversational competency over time, identifies fuzzy knowledge areas, provides recommendations for boosting clarity and knowledge retention._ This methodology can aim to create a dynamic, sensory-rich, naturally conversant environment that makes all knowledge (sticky). The human-LLM loop reinforces knowledge activation in an adaptive way. I was trying to help Zain understand or try this, as the use cases have unlimited potential in areas not foreseen yet. But again I unfortunately may be way too early for everything I am trying to do. Hope this helps a little bit ! @@jessegomesalves

As for environment not (LABS) rather than trapping yourself in a dimly lit room, seek out sunlight. Surround yourself with a smelling stimulant, a vase with fresh rosemary or jasmine, the herbal scents enhances more than you know. Keep hydrated with "Cool/Cold" water, take pauses to snack on mixed nuts or seeds, in each stage of the cerebral exercise. Consider a standing desk permitting you to perch upright, equipped with an under desk treadmill. The motion for me activates energy and new perspectives and movement when i think about problems out loud. Also without confining yourself to static furniture, you grant your mind license to meander down inventive neural pathways. Seek out an uplifting and inspiring environment that can rouse your highest thinking capacity, allowing an unlocked potential to did not know you had. Good Luck !@@jessegomesalves

Zain, thank you for your insightful and amazing videos! I cannot stress how much I have been learning from your videos. FYI: It seems that our intuition somehow, sometimes fails - check for yourself: 5:40 (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/nrunf8p7zbe3k30.html) "If I say ten plus ten, that is immediate - twenty one". That is lovely - this is how our/my intuition so often and unexpectedly tricks me. Enjoy and hope for many more nuggets of knowledge.
