Media, First Meetings & Training 👀 | John Mousinho's First Day | Inside Pompey

A behind-the-scenes look at John Mousinho's first day as Pompey head coach.
His day started early at Fratton Park, as the media team took him through the first of his press duties.
He then arrived at the training ground to meet his group of players. He conducted his first speech to the squad before taking the session.
After, he returned to PO4 to appear in his first press conference alongside CEO Andrew Cullen and sporting director Rich Hughes.
And finally, he met all the Pompey staff before completing the last of his media duties, which included photos around the stadium and a club interview.

No point getting carried away after one game. Realistically the playoffs are too far away, too many other clubs are ahead of us and we're not safe from relegation after 3 months of poor results. If we can get a good run going however, then there's at least optimism for next season. Lets just see how the new manager gets on, at least he managed to finally inspire a win at long last. That's a start!

@Sulla and also a lot of other clubs who are more settled with managers and players. Just have to be realistic and say that it's going to be very difficult to have a chance of promotion now. The new guy is only just learning the job and will make mistakes, so no point getting too disappointed if we don't. The damage has been done by previous appointments!

One win and you have forgotten everything that happened in the last 3 months. Until when will you suffer that eisners run your club and lie to you for years. With these owners you will stay forever in this league. I have been following Portsmouth for many years and I hope that they will enter the Premier League, where the club deserves to be. Please stop making a fool of yourself!!! the only joke is so called fans like you, And in my opinion we have the best owners we've ever had, the work that's gone into the stadium and now owning our training ground for the first time is amazing. we're not in debt and we wont have to worry about going into it and not having a club, i personally like the appointment of john, we've gone with managers in the past who should have got us out this league and it didn't work, this guy is a breath of fresh air and i like him. With john as head coach and now a DOF i believe we will go up soon. sick of toxic so called fans like yourself tho, you're an embarrassment honestly
