How do you talk to the operator about a false alarm if you are in the shower, far from the base ?

With all your reviews, which I’m finding to be loaded with information, it must be told that land line is an additional cost, often very high. I’m finding the latest Apple watches will call 911 and eliminate the middle man when calls occur. They will also notify up to five people to let them know you’ve had a fall. Just saying.

They don't give Apple watches away either! Some seniors need something else in case of emergency.

Was hoping you could actually demo the fall protection. We got one but could not get it to work, even dropping the pendant did not trigger a call.

Sami, I tried the same thing, dropping the pendant a dozen feet, and it didn't trigger the fall protection, either.
