I'm coming up on year 2 of Medicare coverage. If I am happy with my current Part D plan, does it automatically roll over or do I need to sign up again for next year???

@@leefromflorida It will automatically roll over. But be sure to review your Annual Notice of Change document (it should have been mailed to you in September) to see any plan changes.

Why is there such a difference in prices of the Part D plans? Do the more expensive ones give you anything extra, or is the cheapest one just as good for the prescriptions? I currently only have one cheap prescription, but what about the future? Would that cheaper plan still be a good choice? Can anyone change Part D plan Companies at any time?

Love your informative videos. But could you move a little slower when showing us how to move through tools. Remember, your audience are elderly and some of us are a bit slower than others in grasping. I, for one would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for taking your time out to make these videos for us.

Helpful information. What if you don’t have any prescription drugs to take then what should l pick for Plan D? I have Plan A and I am waiting for SSA to setup my Plan B before I turn 65. Should I just get advantage Plan D?

Would you ever recommend a client not purchase Part D insurance, penalty notwithstanding? I'm thinking of the case where the prescription drug costs are very limited (or very reasonably priced using Good Rx discounts) but the Part D IRMAA charges are high. Maybe you can discuss this during a future video.

Every situation is different. Some folks with high IRMAA premiums for part D and little to no Rx coverage needs will end up opting out of Medicare Part D, willing to absorb any future penalties.

I use a Lantus Solostar Pen. I also use Droplet 31G X 3/16 needles that attach to the pen. Why does it not allow me to put the needles and diabetic test strips into the drug list?

Unfortunately you can't add these to a drug search on Medicare.gov.

Are these plans for eyes and dental plans inexpensive compared to Medicare a and b plus d supplemental.

It depends on what you are referred to - do you mean Medicare Advantage Plans that include vision and hearing benefits?

@@AbtInsuranceAgency we now have no dental or eye glass coverage. Are there plans that include these comparable to basic Medicare a and b plus supplemental d?
