This was such a lovely and peaceful presentation Elaine. Thank you. I like to use wild rose petals in honey. I have also made a glycerite which was added to a Sweet Dreams formula. I absolutely agree that rose is wonderful and healing to the heart.

Icet, I prefer wild roses, but most species will work just fine. Try a petal or a hip and see if you like the flavor and the effect.
