*This is an extended version of my De-Stress meditation to give more time for peaceful contemplation following the 5 minutes of dialogue.*
Take ten minutes or less to find a balance of breath and body as you get in the right headspace to relieve stress and calm anxiety. You can find presence and peace, calm and aware.
Let the ambient music and guiding voice calm your nerves and bring daily healing. Try this guided session in the morning, before sleep, or at any time throughout the day. Peace to you! 🧘

Hi all! Thanks to your feedback, I uploaded an extended version of my de-stress meditation. This gives more time to relax and listen to the ambient music at the end of the 5 minutes of meditation dialogue. Also, it made it so that I am able to turn off the post-roll advertising so that you aren't blasted with a loud ad. It is the first time I can fully focus on my breath, although just for a few seconds. I feel really calm in my heart, thank you for your guided meditation videos. It really helped me a lot.I will build this good habit.
