Just remember fear is a illusion and you’re not your thoughts, your lower self is what wants you to be stressed, depressed etc. But your higher self is what tells you God is with you and you’re good regardless and that’s what you need to listen to, I even made a video on this and connecting with your higher self, stay blessed 💯🙏

I think I just had a panic attack. I don't think I've ever had them before, and my mind was all shuffled. I remembered Headspace from those calm ads on my phone, and typed in the search and found this. Thank you so much for existing.

Try the Sahaj Samadhi Meditation by Art of Living. Anxiety and panic will leave you and run far far away. I have greatly benefited from it and after doing it iam able to experience why mindfulness is just the portico of meditation

@@eryk533 Try to focus only on your breath nothing else. You will have thoughts like "It doesnt work, I cant focus" just let those thoughts go and focus only on breath. You will feel calm and refresh.

Andy's voice is so calming, I'm having surgery in a few hours, and I'm a complete wreck. This helps. I'm still terrified, but this certainly helps.

I’ve been feeling stressed for 1/2 years and then my therapist recommended headspace so I did the basics but sadly I can’t afford to pay. So I’m searching them on KZfaq and it’s really helping. Thank you!

Pls🙏🏽Don't Stress. In the Bible it says that we shouldn't Stress. God is so Kind that he said that we should give it all to him and he shall answer us. We should pray to him. For he is Love❤️. Many people are coming to God(Jesus Christ) bcz they know that he is Powerful and the true living God.

@@venttiktok2477 it’s not so easy to just choose not to stress we have to combat stress with things like headspace, mindfulness,greatfulness and living in the moment, turning off screens etc.

I feel oddly better? I need stress relief from my parents's nasty divorce drama, and this made me feel more serene than I've been in a couple days, even with my depression and anxiety medication.

I've been experiencing some panic attacks, stress and hyperventilation lately. I watched the video and followed along and have never felt so calm in the last few months. You guys cannot believe how much this helps!

your not alone if you have Netflix check out their show its 10 episodes of guided meditation its fantastic I do one daily my anxiety went from a daily 5-10 to 1-5 working on it everyday getting calmer

I just love this for several reasons: no spooky music. He doesn't tell you to focus on each part of the body, or count the breaths, which can be so distracting because you're always at a different pace than the narrator; and his voice isn't fakey and woo-woo - just simple speech.

Wow It’s amazing how we can heal ourselves mentally. When I was younger I thought mental health was a trivial thing, something that anyone can just shrug off. I thought I would never get mentally unwell. However now (I have a job, moving out, started uni) I realized that I can’t do any work nor make progress in my current life because of anxiety, nostalgic depression, phobias, general pressure, severe procrastination, etc. So now I’m trying to be a bit more gentle with myself. Be gentle with yourself. Don’t force yourself to think positively, it must come with ease. I made a bad choice to repeatedly force myself to be happy and optimistic. It doesn’t work and will pull you down. And make sure to do something you love every day, it makes things a bit more bearable I’m now trying meditation because I find that I can get drained really quickly (the pondering about daily events and my nostalgic sadness kills me) Thank you Headspace for contributing for making the day a little better. Thank you. I am elderly, with various health issues, little support, living in an unstable country in a remote unsafe town. Inner resources are my main resource. Videos like this one, done with sensitivity, knowledge and wisdom are my lifesavers. Heartfelt thanks !

i cant tell you enough....i can thank you enough. My mate turned me on to you and these meditations and since then they have been a game changer and a life saver. They have pulled me back from the brink of total panic attack and utter heartache and despair. They are so grounding and centering. 1000 thanks

I have been sending a lot of people to watch these instructional videos. These are people with Fibromyalgia and other chronic pain issues. It has helped a lot of us learn to quiet our pain and focus, if only for a little bit, on something other than what hurts at the moment. It has been extremely helpful when "pain-somnia" takes hold. Helps to bring the brain back from being so overly stimulated that there is no way on earth one is going to sleep. I would recommend this to everyone and anyone that has pain issues. It may not relieve everyone's pain, but it helps to bring things into a new perspective!

I always come to headspace whenever it gets hard. Especially, quarantine sadness. I have never felt this out of control. Thanks to headspace​. Literally keeping me away from frenzy.

My friend texted me all panicked saying she’s having anxiety and her tryphobia was acting up and since we are in quarantine I couldn’t really find a way to calm her down so I am just sending her a bunch of headspace videos to try to help 😔

this made me cry! i’m stressed with finals right now and felt so pent up and stiff, but the comforting voice just made me start crying and so much of the negative energy went away. i feel much better now thank you

I honestly can't overstate how amazing these have been for me, I'm juggling a full time job and a part time degree and these have been so good for me when I'm feeling overwhelmed which has been a lot lately. My advice to anyone is to give yourself moments like these and not rush them. If you're feeling overwhelmed the body needs that space to rest, thanks again Headspace I'm sure you're helping a lot of people :)

This video helped me through an Anxiety attack just now at 2:30am. I'm really surprised at how I could feel the Anxiety melt away just by following the narrator's voice. Thank you for making this video, it really helped ❤️

My year (2021), like so many people has been , well, shit. Husband of 21 years died. Dog diagnosed with inoperable liver cancer, sold the house, bought a new on, moved ,needed $11,000 worth of repairs inspector didn't find, began seeing a therapist ( brilliant move on my part), had to learn to be one again, etc. Found headspace on Netflix actually and thought, "What the hell, nothing else has clamed my find. It's working. Still a work in progress but feeling so much better. Therapist is also helping.

This is one of the most legendary guided meditation voices ever. I remember this voice from before guided meditations were everywhere you looked online. I had to download some course. I was expecting some spiritual guru or like a Dr Wayne Dyer so it was weird at the time. But he’s literally born to do this.

I like the dead silence and only hearing a voice. Easier to focus without music and its so simple to follow. It helps you feel clear and less cluttered with details/ overstimulation.

So I used head space in 2018 to get through a really hard time in my life ... and it makes me alittle sad that I’m back here again in 2021 using headspace again for almost the same reason .. but honestly Im so grateful for it and I know I should be using it all the time not just when I’m feeling down. It’s such an amazing tool I love to use it before bed
