The rasp of his mechanical breath started to blur out as Vader sat meditating. The shriek of the younglings as his lightsaber tore through their flesh, the distant rumble of Mustafar's volcanos erupting as he lay there limbless, the hallowing screech from Palpatines finger tips as he defeated Windu. He could still feel the force clamping Padme's neck as she gasped for air. The fire in Vader's heart consumed him. The darkness of the force enveloped his senses and forced him to focus on the pain. The melancholy of Padme's betrayal and the anger of Obi-Wan overcoming him. He could feel his eyes staring to water from behind his mask as the tear trickled down to his wound. The light sting on his cheek reminding him of his unborn child that he executed through his rage. Vader's mechanic hands tightened. The Jedi have bought this fate upon him. The galaxy will know his pain. Vader makes a silent vow to engulf the galaxy in the same darkness that engulfed him.

Pain. Anger. Fear. He's arrived.

“Anakin is gone... I am what remains”

I cant believe that i fell asleep listening to this meditating with darth vader.

As he sat there meditating, recalling the things he had done in the past. He thought of himself as a coward and a monster, for what he had done, there was no excuse. The younglings, the tusken raiders, Padme... Nothing but anger filled him now, angry at Kenobi for leaving him on that wretched planet, angry at Palpatine for turning him into what he was. He wanted to kill him, he wanted to make sure no one else could feel the same thing he felt. He thought of all the sith before him who had suffered the same fate as him, caused by Palpatine, used as a monster, a machine and then cast aside when Palpatine felt the need to do so. He had killed his own wife, for that, he could never forgive himself. He sat there, lost in a train of his own thoughts, forever in his mind whether he was paying attention or not, they were always there like a parasite. He had lost control of himself, he gazed upon the stars... wishing that it had never come to this, wishing he could have his wife back.

Never thought as a kid that when I get old I'd be meditating with the dark side. 😂 I some how now feel sad for vader.

It would be really crushing but also really cool if there were some of the lines like "You were my brother Anakin!" or "I don't know you anymore" scattered in the background every now and then.

order 66 my saddest part of life, i was convinced that i hade brougth peace, i was convinced i could save padme, but i didn't think that in this way i would kill all the jedi and betray Obi wan, my brother. i have been cruel to everyone, obi wan raised me from the beginning and i betrayed him, i kille windu, i killed padme, the clones had to kill the jedi even if they didn' want to do. i betrayed Ashoka, i killed the younglings, i destroyed everything and i hade nothing. I am a failed man.
