Why is success favored by one, and luck turns away from the other?
Sometimes you fight, fight, it seems that it is you who are unlucky, it is so difficult for you. As if others easily set goals, achieve them, change them for new ones, everything is smooth with them, no matter what they take. Even the simplest things are difficult for you.
When we strive for goals and dreams, it may seem to us that my particular situation is especially unfair, or that it was I who had the most intricate difficulties. But how not to forget what unique joys and good luck also happened to me!?
In the video, Dada quotes Prabhat Samgeet #216
TUMI ESE CHILE DHARÁ DIYE CHILE
--------------------------------
00:33 Is success the same for everyone?
01:30 Life is a struggle.
02:30 The ramp to success.
04:28 You can treat wrestling in different ways.
05:34 How struggles and hardships helped me gain inner strength and spiritual strength. History from life
13:05 How my teacher built a community in South America during martial law and got samadhi.
17:07 Does success mean blessing?
17:28 Gratitude makes you happy.
19:11 Why does Jesus say, "Blessed are the poor in spirit"?
19:35 We always have something to be thankful for.
20:39 "Blessed are the peacemakers... blessed are the pure in heart... blessed are the poor in spirit" - how to feel this beatitude?
24:06 How, having nothing, to achieve the highest success?
27:38 Strength comes when you act for the good of others.
29:34 Transformations that are necessary to achieve success.
30:58 What is your experience of struggle and breakthrough?
We recommend reading the books in this order, but the decision is yours anyway:
1) A Guide to Human Conduct
2) Liberation of Intellect: Neo-Humanism
3) Elementary Philosophy
4) The Thoughts of P. R. Sarkar

You are very inspiring. I am glad you went through what you did to be able to share the information on this channel like you do. It does remind me of yesterday, I had the opportunity to weld at my work and I had only tried one time before. I was kind of hoping someone else that knew what they were doing would take care of it since it would save some time. I ended up doing it with a couple people helping instruct me and I learned a new skill in just a couple hours. The struggle changed me a lot even in such a short amount of time. I am confident in being able to weld where yesterday morning I was defiantly not.

Very profound, beautiful, and inspiring, Thank you Dada. Also, your Bengali sounds so amazingly beautiful, better than most native speakers like me. If I may add, in that Bengali song, the word KANGAL can have a deeper meaning than beggar (Vhikkok in Bengali). KANGAL can be someone whose deep desire for something exceeds all other needs. Making your point more profound and meaningful. Namaskar Dada

Namaskar! It is true. Tough times can make us humble, and strengthen our mind to take up greater tasks. Like the iron sword that is forged in the burning fire. We sacrifice our smallness to receive greatness. Thank for this reminder and for the touching lecture.

Some times complete at One, amazing energy of opportunity in Twain, although day and night divide, the fading of the Divine brush as painting the beauty of Life Ahead, you know you can’t fool yourself in the shiny things (that are meant to be shiny) but. What is it you need? Is it more valuable to understand and be left un-changed or of being and to progress into becoming in you’re new form as the necessary life force. New? Hardly so, for the son can show that although things seem low it has been before. What hasn’t is what you are, for Life is ongoing, Life is infinite.

Inspiring, it is my a very nice video that you uploaded. I am struggling to make the difference between good and bad , I really am. The most difficult thing to do în my case is to sit still, to hate less and love more. Back to the good and bad, it is an admirable thing to do service, truly think so, but to do so with the purpose of achieving money or a status ,ultimately? ,and if it says in the book of law that I am to lose not just my body but also my soul. there are certainly invisible Forces around , more than what is of material, If air is not empty and I hear it is not. Stop the war In Ucraina!

25:20 you are talking about the Bagthi Yoga path, which is perfectly fine for some people, just as it is perfectly fine for you to follow the Karma Yoga path. the problems start when you think my path is better than yours. or if you are a Zen practitioner, no path is better than any other path. no. no type of suffering brings you anything. suffering is basically disagreement with reality. suffering is your personal antagonism with that which is happening. pain can be physical, or psychological, suffering is always mental. once again: a struggle is a tool or a technique designed for a certain purpouse. In Raja Yoga, it is called Tapah. it is necessary and it has its place, but glorifying it is just as stupid as glorifying the hammer when building a house. it is a tool, that's all. and you should be focusing on the house or better yet on the one who is building it. oh, son, I wish you are poor in spirit once again, back to the drawing board, back to a blank piece of paper. from there you can start to see again, anew, fresh and innocent.

poor in spirit - I have a different interpretation/understanding of Jesus's words. poor in spirit for me means "no opinion", it means "I do not know". I don't have concepts and ideologies, beliefs and philosophies..., and they are blessed because it is the perfect place to start searching. the very word poor is very close to the word pure. that is what Jesus meant, the way I see it.

Why the hell do you want to become extraordinary? or you are and in that case, you don't really care or you are not and out of inferiority complex, you try to become one. becoming is a dangerous path. see, Rasputin or Crowley,, and even Hitler or Stalin, they were extraordinary people. Buddha was very ordinary in a way. you can't miss Rasputin, you can very easily miss Buddha. to be great and extraordinary, be this or that is just a play of ego, nothing else. just be, explore your potential, and live it fully, but basically just be, without any becoming. life is struggle and struggle is life is the most idiotic thought I heard in a very very long time. is a struggle a part of life? absolutely! are these two things synonymous? absolutely not! no, it is not important to love struggle, unless you are a masochist, which many so-called spiritual people are. it is important to accept it without running away or running towards it you respond to struggle, but you don't fall in love with it. if you do, that is what you'll get. on another, more conscious level, struggle creates friction, which creates fire, Tapah Sadhana is all about the struggle with the purpose. is friction ideal? no. is it necessary? most of the time yes, depending on which path you are following. siddhi! exactly! following Tapah is about gaining power. and power wants just one thing. more power. it happens on the path, it is almost inevitable, but the greatest thing that can happen is to let go of all your power and ultimately to let go of yourself. the divine entity is giving you all the time no matter the circumstances. if you are in search of those gifts, you are still a beggar. rather ask yourself, what and how can I give to the divine? not that it needs anything from you, but the mindset is shifted and it benefits you. and keep in mind, that becoming is not the case. only letting go of all your "spiritual" achievements is a real gift. see, this is another danger: yes, we should be grateful for all that is given to us, but if comparison comes into play, it is automatically corupted. how? because it is conditioned. I'm better off than my neighbor, therefore I am grateful. no! even if you are the worse off and everybody around you seems to be more successful, having more, achieving more..., whatever and you are still grateful, then it has a value, only then it has a grace and it is real. I came to 21:12 and I have enough. maybe another time.

@@nicolaslaurent4862 no, it is not extraordinary and my words are not harsh. Dear Boris, I think you are right to think all of this if Yoga wouldn’t have other two pillars as well in it’s path: Yama and Niyama. “Without Yama and Niyama (morality), sádhaná (meditation) is an impossibility.” If possible, I’d like to invite you to reinterpret dada’s words in this point of view, that is, considering that more important than life’s struggles and succeding or becoming extraordinary, is to follow this path like you said, just being and living it fully, as long as with love and respect. I personally don’t think we have all the time in the world and the divine entity counts on me to fight Avidyamaya with Vidyamaya. So if I struggle and evolve, it is not for me, my ego or my inferiority complex, but quite the opposite: to dissolve in infinity and become one with Supreme Consciousness. With love, Ivan
