The funny thing is I don't meditate daily,,,, but any time I meditate somehow I lose sense of time. I may decide to sit for like five minutes and in reality thirty minutes to about 1 hour passes. When I snap out of the meditation even I am confused because for me time was moving normally but in reality its like I experience time slowly.So dont focus on time focus on the process. Yogis can meditate for days but the reality is time is moving slow for them but for you the observer time is moving fast. I dont know how that works even I am shocked by that. HAR HAR MAHADEV ❤.

In religion you trust someone elses conclusions what spirituality is and you are not allowed to challenge their viewpoints.
