Sahasrara is the highest center located at the top of the head. It is here human evolution reaches zenith of its capacity.
This chakra is the source of perennial bliss. It is also a fountain of psychic and physical youthfulness.
Upon reaching this center the mind merges with the non-attributional consciousness, with the ocean of pure peace and knowledge.

Your enthusiasm impressed me very much. For the last eight weeks or so, I have watched your videos at least once a day. Today, I finished watching the last of the eleven videos on the biopsychology of yoga. Those eleven videos were the most difficult ones to watch & understand but I think you explain things very well, so that even a novice can understand. What I really want to say is, I am very grateful that I have found you & you have had a big impact on my life in the last eight weeks. It probably took about two weeks for me to notice a difference in myself but there certainly has been one & it has been very positive. I will continue to watch your videos with interest. Namaskar 🙏✌🙏

Dada, my mother passed away nearly five & a half years ago & I have had bereavement/grief counselling & I did not find it of any real use at all. I have suffered from depression & anxiety for about nearly twenty years now. I have been to see my doctor & been on various courses in various places for more than five years now. Only during the last one I attended - about two & a half years - did I think it was of any use & that is because it really introduced me to Mindfullness & that lead me to meditation. It is only this year though & particularly the last two months, that I have been practising mediation daily & have found it of any use at all. I use one app. to meditate & one app. to listen to stories to help me sleep. One day, about eight weeks ago, I found one of your videos from Meditation Steps on KZfaq & you impressed me very much. Your understanding of the English language impressed me very much. Your knowledge of yoga & meditation

Thank you for another informative video. The time of Shiva period you talked about (09:04) was interesting to hear because I natural gravitate towards staying up during that time of day/night. Maybe it's because everybody is asleep but it certainly feels so much calmer at night. I will experiment with meditation during these times now. Thanks again.

Pranam, Gurudev. I'm deeply in debt for these knowledges you're imparting to us living in ignorance and enjoying mundane. I approached you because i come from the same situation you were once in even though I'm from India because this western education ruined my mind/ intelligence to really grasp the true meaning and ways to start practising YOGA. Namaskar,Wonderful explanation of Crown Chakra, Is DMT also released from Pineal gland?
@georgomuller
@georgomuller 3 жыл бұрын
Yes, N,N-DMT is believed to be the last product of a long production chain of the pineal gland that starts with tryptophan (essential amino acid) and goes through serotonin, melatonin and 5-MEO-DMT. Staying in total darkness through 3 to 5 days is believed to induce that production chain naturally. But meditation and pranayama most likely stimulates its production also.

Very easy to connect with you friend, my only issue with sahasrara is that if I go too far, I literally get out of the body, and the body has fear of dying so I have to surpass that fear if I want to go deeper. I don't want to die yet, so I don't leave. But I'm just wandering if it is possible to go beyond, to where your third eye expands in the entire skull and you have to relax everything, and don't leave. I always feel I will leave, because after crossing to the other side and ignoring the fear of the body... there is no attachment to come back to the body, you just leave. But I'm still uncertain though, would be interesting if you have experienced something similar. I think normal people don't go as far as I have gone into sahasrara, not even people who can activate theird third eye

14 sec in the vid: 1st correction:. Sahasrara is located a few centimeters above the top of the head. the mind can not reach this center, why? because the nature of the mind is dualism. Sahasrara is beyond duality. it is the center of ultimate union. many is about right. for ancient Hebrew 40 were many, too many to count. in India, they got a bit further with their counting, but more than 1000 was just too much. correction: Sahasrara does not control anything. the thing is that without Sahasrara, there would be nothing to control. correction: pineal gland is a physical correlation of Ajna. Sahasrara has no physical correlation. very common phenomenon: people think that they are talking about Sahasrara, but all they do is talking about Ajna. why? because the language is built on logic and dualism. so it is not the tool that can be used to describe Sahasrara. you got a little bit poetic there, but not far from the truth. the truth is Sahasrara is always fully open from up to down. so it is dripping "the wine of ecstasy" nonstop. our task is to open it from down up. how? don't even ask, because there are no methods, no techniques. if somebody says to you: I can teach you this secret technique of opening Sahasrara, run. because either he/she is delusional or a liar.

Namaskar [....] Now, there is a regulating point or práńakendra for each of the innumerable nerve cells in the brain. Over and above these many práńakendras or regulating points of the brain, there is one regulating point which controls the many práńakendras. This point resembles, to some extent, the tip of a blade of kusha [a type of grass]. In this point is the Guru cakra. From this point human beings receive a thousand and one kinds of inspiration and propulsion. The humanity of human beings and the animality of lesser creatures all depend on this point. In this point is ensconced the Guru, Parama Guru, Parápara Guru, Paramesti Guru. It is the loftiest point for the purposes of meditation and contemplation. It is at this point that the meditation on Guru has to be undertaken. That which I call the sahasrára cakra is an ideational point - without any realistic existence based on the nerve cells - but this is not the case with the Guru cakra. So human beings must take recourse to the Guru Cakra - they must take shelter under it: Nányapanthá vidyate-ayanáyá [“There is no other way than this”]. In this Guru cakra, the aspirant meditates on the Guru - on that ennobling Entity - channelizing his or her mundane bondages into the non-mundane realm, and elevating his or her non-mundane psychic bondages to the realm of the supramental entity, the source of supra-cognitive power. Hence, dhyána yoga [meditational Yoga] is the best yoga for sádhaná. Dhyána yoga is acknowledged by hat́ha yoga, Rája Yoga and Rájádhirája Yoga; it is also acknowledged by Buddhist Tantra and Jain Tantra, and by Bhágavata dharma.... @@rnnn1198 you must hold those thoughts. Not having bad ones, only have good thouths and do only good. You can try one month and ypu will feel it. The other way is do sadhana through a competent teacher, raise your kundalinii and you will start feeling it, as the kundalinii touches different plexi. Different samadhis until the higher ones.
