OMG. My Father, played the Mandolin. Liked the video. I was a stylist for many years. My son has long, very curly hair. This is essentially what we do with his. However, he prefers air dry only. Thank you so much. 👏👍

OMG! I came looking for a nice cut for my son but I never expected this!! Kid's amazing and you were having a ball. Love this cut and the styling tips were spot on. Can't wait to try and I love that this will be easy for him to do on his own without complaint. He's almost 13 with gorgeous hair ( abit curlier than Josh ) that he refuses to style or cut. At least if I cut it like this it shouldn't be the end of the world to add the tidal wave and some product and go. Anyway thanx and to Josh, best rendition of blackbird I've ever heard bar none!!!

mandolin is hell on your fingers. the strings have a lot of tension, so it's actually painful until the calluses really build up.

probably a total off topic hair question, But i always grew my hair normal its curly and always was long to my nose. then for a year i did the side part and now that i dont do that haircut anymore and want a different style i stopped doing the side part ( didn't naturally have my hair parting barber always made the line ) now that i stopped doing so, it now grows parting without me even wanting the parting anymore. is their any way to get my hair to stop growing like its parting? do i have to cut my hair extra short? any advice is good, cutting my hair in a few days and i wanna know before i go.

Martin Puertas Wavy hair is curly hair. Curly hair is just a general hair texture, with some hair types being more or less curly than others. What you are probably thinking of is coiled hair where the hair curls to the point of forming loops.

hey man, is there a way to avoid the mullet when growing hair out or does it have to come along in the process as i have read from people that you should trim the back part of your head (the hair where a mullet would usually form) so that it matches the sides and grows out evenly... what do you recommend? my hair is very similar in texture to this models you have in the video but I'm hesitant to trim the back as i want it to grow... hope that makes sense. BOSNIAN_Bloke1111 it’s up to you. You can do it either way. You’ll avoid the mullet by keeping the top longer than the back so a little trim in the back every so often couldn’t hurt.

I'm in cosmetology school and my good friend asked me to cut his hair but we've mostly practiced on straight hair mannequins...and clients. my friend has spiral curls. wants more shape but keep the length so I figured a layered approach would work. is that all you did for the haircut was a layer cut?
