Hey doc i need your help ! Please let me know if a person is on hypoglycaemic agents ( oral ) and is not following the treatment and is taking drugs on and off ! There hba1c% is 10 what to do !? Should we continue the treatment with the same drugs and ask the patient to follow it strictly or should we start insulin initially to manage the hba1c% if so how much insulin and how long should it be continued please let me know! Thank you doc
