Ingredients:-
Urad dal 小黑豆 - 250g
Black pepper crushed 黑胡椒粒- ½ tsp
Minced ginger 姜末- ½ tsp
Medium size onion 中型洋葱 - 1 pc
Curry leaves 咖喱叶- 1 tbsp
Green chilli 青辣椒 - 1 pc
Salt 盐 - 1 tsp
Cooking Oil 油
