I've been an EMT for two years now and, although I'm pretty good in every other aspect of the job, I've always been utterly useless with ECGs Your videos are short, concise and exactly the little key nuggets I'm gonna be looking out for in the field. The lil top-ups to keep me on top of things without having to dedicate 15-30 minutes on a mini documentary. You're a legend, cheers for these!

Look easy but sometimes we have a fib who looks like multifocal. Best to do 12 lead ecg if new onset

Atrial fibrillation and MAT is similar, what is the pathophysiological difference between them if you can explain.

Afib is due to micro circuit re entry Mfat is due to enhanced automaticity

What is the physiologic difference between A Fib & MAT. At the end it seems like you say the same thing for both but just reword it. A Fib was said to be multiple ectopic sites depolarizing. MAT was said to be the depolarization of multiple ectopic sites. Is that not the same thing just reworded? What is the difference
