Meet Allie!! Our New John Deere 835M Gator

Күн бұрынWe've added a John Deere XUV835M HVAC Gator to the Tractor Time with Tim family. We call her "Allie" - you know Allie Gator! This gator is 54 horse power, gasoline engine capable of going 45 miles per hour! Allie fits 3 wide which is perfect for Tim, Christy and Katriel. The bed is a power dump too - perfect for taking trash to the road! We will find all sorts of uses for Allie around our property.

Buy a can of orange Pledge, and spray on all the plastic. Inside and outside. Let it sit for a few minutes before wiping down. Allie will shine until she gets rained on.

I'm a long time subscriber but I can"t help but feel sorry for you when you have to start your videos explaining why and how you have acquired new equipment or new property . I have never met you in person but i can tell from watching all your videos that you guys are fine, upstanding , unselfish and giving people and everything you have managed to obtain in your life you deserve and shouldn't have to explain or apologize for. Nice machine Tim , Always wanted one of those but stuck with a workhorse golf cart due to the tires. Didnt want to tear up my yard , tires are meaner then the tires on my 1025 R

Tim, I mounted a older Powertach plow from an 825 gator on my 835. The 835MHVAC seems to REALLY push snow well. I was shocked. I live in Eastern PA and we got a lot of snow this year so It got put to the test. I've been plowing snow for 40 years on an open station tractor. It was nice to have a heated cab so far this winter.

@@TractorTimewithTim Ohh forgot to tell you. I noticed the bolts that hold the inner door panel to the outer door panel on mine started coming out. I lost about 6 of them. Check yours. I got new ones and then reinstalled all bolts with threadlock.

I like the 3032e just above ours 3025e , I would definitely purchase that one, the only down side is it doesn't have a tilt steering wheel. Do a equipment overview of all of your stuff

We have an 835M, but we don't have the full cab just a windshield. Obviously no hvac. We also have the Warn 4500 winch which has helped out a lot. It's a great machine! Enjoy!

well cab and motor is the same as my R-except i seen ur M has no roof molding in it. still nice i say. mine will only go to 47 mph and then it drops down to 46 mph. can't wait till u get into the maintenance of it. JD sells a rubber guard extension for the bed. $69 i just added it to mine, does ok--still need something below where the bed lifts at, the tires still throw mud onto that plastic and around the gas cap area. but happy with what it has helped so far with the extensions. have fun, i know i love mine so far. almost 900 miles and about 80 hrs on it now.

If you want a side by side with more speed like back to the future 88 mph the Polaris ranger xp 1000 has a heat and air package with Bluetooth power windows with 3 throttle modes

The problem is that the bed isn't wide enough to dump the bucket into. Not sure how to resolve. The dealer told me that the sides can be easily removed...maybe I could build some side extensions somehow???

@@TractorTimewithTim look up flare side wagons. Good resolution to the problem & still have extensions. Extending the tailgate would be the most difficult problem. I have an idea about that too. Btw, what's your rates for a job? I have a highway extrance & a driveway that I want to connect with gravel but I want the top few inches of dirt dug out first. I figured it could be a good video with your equipment & maybe our little skid-steer.

Hey Tim don't know if you tried but sometimes with those machines especially the Polaris version if you are not wearing a seatbelt they will only go so fast try buckling the seatbelt if you did not have it on and it might go quicker. And by the way I'm starting to get jealous with all this John Deere equipment you've got I'll just stick to my 2025r for now.

I like it . Does John Deere offer a diesel model. I really dig the Polaris Ranger that has the kubota diesel commercial model. I would probably run down to the Deere dealership and get one if they offered a diesel.

i was looking at a kubota 26hp diesel rtv 1140 with hydrulic/electric and manual dump bed wich was for sale $15,200 and kubota side kick 48hp for $16,000 with hydrulic dump

That was going to be the intro video. However, the dirt was frozen and we couldn’t continue the project. So we abandoned ship on that idea.

Rear fender flares for the gator are available for it and will fit any gator with the poly box. Part number BUC10567. I have been wanting to see the new sprayer superior tech has come up with for the new gator or is it the spreader?

Why the gasoline version? why not the electric version I’ve yet to see anyone who drives longer that the battery version on a daily basis (or Don’t you have that model in the us?), I know my experience is limited to the 18 holes I used to keep clean , but any longer any your back normally would ache for a week

I've hated this power washer since the day I got it. It is loud, it vibrates badly. Seems to use lots of gas, etc. However, it starts on the first pull almost every time. It doesn't leak. So, I can't justify throwing it out! We got it at menards. Don't remember the brand name. ...not a ringing endorsement, is it???

Hi Tim, I have a 825i Gator and it shifts terrible with the centrifugal clutch. Possibly my fault because I don't use it often enough. How is the shifting on the 835R? Also, do you have any suggestions on how to add hydraulic fluid on my Powertach snow plow attachment? It is almost impossible to remove the dip stick / cap and add fluid. Thanks Tim.
