I've just bought a very similar dumper, watching your video clips is very helpful.

Squirt a bit of engine oil down the injector port and try again. It will cause a seal around the pistons.The rings are probably gummed /carboned up.

Starting handle you need to have more swing these listers are very tuff engines good luck could do with a darn good service

I found that out through trial and error, was worried my makeshift handle was going to take my arm off, but I’ve got the knack to it now 😆

My money is on a sticky valve or two Looking forward to the cold start video 👍

Thanks for your comment. The decompression lever has sat on for a long time so I’m hoping a few good turns will loosen that valve up. Hopefully I’ll get the next video filmed and uploaded tomorrow so keep your eyes peeled!
