Dr. Paley is doing amazing work in the community. In addition his mission work helping save the limbs of children outside of the US is to be respected.

Thank you for founding the institute, now I know there’s a solution to my problem, (I’m short) you can make me taller. I’ll save my earnings to make one of my dreams come tru (be taller) I’m 5 ft 3 in and want to become 5 ft 5 in, well I’m 1.59 m and I want to be 1.66 m.
