This is a cultural phenomenon where people tweet or post about the spell "Balse" which is the spell to destroy the floating castle Laputa from Castle in the Sky during its annual airing in Japan. Kaorin is just referencing the sheer number of people that tweet about "Balse" is extremely similar to how people also tweet out "Happy New Year" when the new year comes around. In Starlight Kukugumi, there are quite a few canons, eg. MahoAi, AyaTeru, (slightly, not really, but let's say) HinaMoe. So, not many ppl have mentioned Haru-Moyo, but I kinda noticed there is more than just a close friendship between them. Is there any hinting videos, or tweets? The most I can see so far is that they always spend time together: Maho Channel's consecutive calls from Kukugumi, Haruki slept over at Moyo's house; and also several soft nudges and deep-meaning eye contacts during several live broadcasts.
