Could I just give a few pointers as someone who has frequent visits with my GP, Tunio, you need to sound firm and confident. Imo the conversation should go something like this: Dr: Hi Ashley, how are you doing today? Ashley: I'm ________thank you. Dr: That's ________. So how many I help you Ashley/what brings you here today? Ashley: I'm here for blank_______ Dr: Alright I see, let's check to see if we've received your results. In the mean time could you please give me more information regarding _______, who recommended that you visit the hospital and what symptoms did you have? Ashley: gp and explains the symptoms. Dr: I see, how're you coping with the symptoms now? Did your gp recommend anything i.e. medication, therapy? Ashley: explains Dr: okay, and do you think that's worked well for you? Ashley: explains Dr: okay that_________. Ashley there seems to be a problem. It seems that the specimen that was taken has been misplaced/ mishandled by the lab. Ashley: what do you mean? How can someone lose something so important? Isn't it the hospital's job to make sure things like this don't happen?! Dr: yes, there are procedures in place to make sure such things don't happen; however, it was a big day for the hospital. I do apologise for the inconvenience, I know how important it is for you to get the results of the biopsy. Since you're here and given the gravity of the situation, we can do another biopsy and I'll make sure that it's prioritised and I'll supervised by myself to make sure no mishaps take place. Once this is done, you're welcome to wait in the waiting room to get the results, alternatively, we can give you a call once the results are back, and we can book another consultant based on the results. Hi Anya! I love watching your vlogs and it has become part of routine now. Tunio is just love and her sense of humor is kamaal. Just wanted to say something to you guys as you have some time left to practice. Tunio please don't repeat your sentences while doing station, it seems a bit scripted if you do that, just try to be as natural as you can. There are definitely marks for data gathering so never leave that even in angry patient/breaking bad news stations and most importantly time management+good IPS is the key to pass the exam . I know you guys are working so hard and will pass this exam InshaAllah. Lots of love and prayers for both of you!!! ❤

Yes dear, it’s true Aldi is a lifesaver when u do bulk grocery. We have Aldi in America too. Fresh veggies n produce n frozen food is very cheaper.

If you buy fruit from asain Pakistani shops they tend to be better like plums are in season, watermelons. In Leeds we have mango local see if u have any there. Tesco's have the best strawberrys and grapes. Fruit at supermarkets you need to ripen at home. Or Tesco's do sometimes do ripe apricots and plums in Tesco finest section in the fruit.
