Really enjoyed this video, thanks. Interesting to see how Dorian has specialised in social housing, the scale he's working at and how long term the projects are. Would love to hear more in depth details in longer videos at some point. Cheers

The HA's forward fund the build through Govt money by way of grants and other pots of cash.The developer/contractor doesn't borrow Dev Finance therefore reducing their risk as well as their margin.
