Another great video. Particularly interesting how Stuart has identified an opportunity in these old banks coming to market and is striking while the iron is hot! I'm sure they won't be around for long. Also how he is structuring his deals with investors, love that detail and would be interested to hear more at some point. Cheers

Brain dead bricklyaer here from council estate...well done him, having a loft conversion company handed to you at 19 helps...if he pays well and long term staff you cant knock him to much 🇬🇧👍

Everytime you do a video, I notice you ask the same question "what would you tell a guy who's 19 or 20 years old?".... Your video in Dubai was the same thing. Great videos but there's people all ages watching.
