This guy just changed My whole outlook on Life. I’ve bee so depressed being in My mid 40s and this guy is proof of what can be done and how I can have 30+ years of good years left if God wills. I mean I workout now almost every day. Can bench almost 300 lbs and can do a mile on the treadmill in about 7 and a half minutes and this guy who’s 25 years My senior can make me look like a joke! Wow. Mind blown.

God gave YOU the will. In my mid 30's I was a full on competing triathlete while also focusing on my career. Most people have to decide what they want for themselves and then do it. Erase the phrase, "I'm trying" and just do it.

@@jham5595 the sad part is all these “influencers” are selling a fake dream. They leave out the part where they inject steroids on the daily to look like that. I’d bet my entire net worth (1.2 million) on this dude not being natural. It’s blatantly obvious. The sad part is people will work hard and follow the diet and exercise and will never come close to looking like that. False idols man .

I am a RN, and love this guy’s example of whole health. Not only is his physical fitness strong but his mental strength is on point. High blood pressure is often the result poor eating habits filled with processed salty foods and anxiety. Diabetes is most times hereditary but can also be secondary to obesity. Know your family history! Your family history is a snapshot of what your future health could look like. The long term effects of poorly controlled high blood pressure and diabetes can be strokes, heart attacks, and kidney failure among other chronic diseases. This man starts his day in prayer. As little as 5 minutes of meditation per day can lower your blood pressure. Start making slow changes each day by drinking more water, adding fresh fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and gradually decrease processed foods. Your body will start craving the good stuff and the unhealthy stuff will not taste as good. Start making good choices today!

Absolutely great, thank you very much for this video. I am in my 30’s now and just recently started living a healthy lifestyle, thinking a lot about things like mostly of what kind of irreversible damage have I done to my mind and body in my 20’s living a self distructive lifestyle, thinking of I have already passed 30 and my body couldn’t reach it’s full potential and from now on not much of a gain will be possible. His strong words and attitude is very motivational for me. Thank you for your words Mr. Claxton, you are a true example of it’s never too late to start and everything is possible if you get it in your head and stick to it. God bless you, wish you a long and healthy life.

It’s not so much about the diet, it’s about the exercise, recovery and some genetics, day light exposure , sleep. Plant based has nothing to do with it, animal protein and nutrients is far more beneficial for physical exercise beyond old limits, overload progression and mental clarity.

@@dossegundos7145 It's a balance between all those factors, but- poor diet can kill. Here's some "anecdotal" info for ya. I'm 65. Had two training partners in high school. One is now obese with cancer. The other died while training at 50 due to his meaty diet (heart attack). I'm fit, never on meds/Peds/TRT and all my parts work. I'm a 33+ years whole food plant based vegan. When you are young, you seemingly can eat anything and feel OK, BUT- over time you will get heart issues, cancer, diabetes, etc. Remember this when/if you reach 65. 💪🫀💚

You are tearing up your muscles and not lettng them recover. You have to rest at least one day beween workouts. Mr. Jawa Claxton is an inspiration to us all! He is living the life that I believe God intended for us. Being active and eating the way people did in biblical times for thousands of years. This also goes to show how many of us in modern-day society have lost their heritage and ways of life! Family & friends with music is the kind of connections we need to cherish and respect. Thank you for all your efforts! Take good care, and God bless!

I'm 54 and I am in the best shape of my life, but I can't hold a candle to this man! I saw may parents and 2 siblings die prematurely of various diseases, so I eat right, fast regularly, strength workout 3x per week, cardio 3x per week and I feel amazing. The one thing I disagree with Mr. Claxton on is not taking any supplements. The nutrient density of our food is far lower than it was decades ago, due to depleted soils and profit obsessed factory farming. Even organic foods don't have the nutrients we need. I have done a lot of research on this and I believe it is impossible to get all the nutrients we need just from food, therefore, I take a few high quality 3rd party lab tested supplements to make sure my body has everything it needs to thrive for the long term (multivitamin, CoQ10, omega3 fish oil, magnesium complex, vitamin D3/K2, vitamin C, niacin/vitamin B3). I have worked hard since I was a teenager I want to do everything I can to enter a long healthy active retirement in a few years.

I am 60 and look very similar to him now. All through my life I had a good build, then in my 50's I let it go. Started eating like crap 53-59. I gained a lot of weight and fluid from inflammation. This year I took it all back. Just like I was in my 30's and 40's. He is right. There is NO execuse. Sure you might not have a mesomorphic build like him or me but you can still look good. I look around me at people my age and it is sad. There is a 92 trillion problem with diabetes and heart disease in the US. 88% of people have poor metabolic health. 42% are obese. Think about that for a minute. It is all about personal pride. Get it back. Tell these corporations who could care less about your health where to go. Get rid of sugar. Look all it takes is about a hour a day and in six months you will look great and feel even better. I just did it at 60. So can you. The key first step is to end the pain. Stop the inflammation first.

@@JustinBlazeDraxx Perfect age. Give up sugar, booze and drugs, that is if you do it. Take creatine (not a lot). Eating is key. Healthy eating. Protein, greens, nuts. Yes I am asking you to change everything. My middle son is 6' 185lbs of amazing fitness. He is just jacked. MMA build. Cross fit build. That is the reason I say give up the junk. I did it when I was young. He did it at 18 and never looked back. Yes it takes great discipline. You can do it. Your friends are not going to understand at first but if you truly love yourself do it. They will see in six months why you did it. Good luck and I wish you well.

18 months ago, I had a horrible motorcycle accident that caused 10 broken ribs, broken hand, broken foot and a shattered left leg that had to be rebuilt…literally. I was in a wheelchair for six months. 18 months later, at the age of 52, I’m still trying to understand how I’m going to operate the rest of my life. My son just sent me this video as an inspiration, and although I’ll probably never be able to do anything close to this, at least I’m inspired to get up off the couch and walk around, play with my dog outside, etc. It’s a good start I think. This man is amazing! I’m so jealous of him right now!
