Yeah about the debate between steering gears and prop mod. I usually run steering gears because i dodge better with steering (unless its french or italian then i use prop mod). Great performance as always Spartan. GO FRANCE

Does anyone remember how much percentage can be healed from a shell penetration? I know 100% can be healed from fires/floods & am pretty sure 10% can be healed from a citadel hit but I forgot how much can be healed from normal & overpenetrations. Is it also 10%
