so you need a motorcycle licence or car licence is okay

You need a motorcycle license for any moped over 50cc. Also you need to get it registered and insured. Not worth it if you ask me. Get an electric bike instead.

@@poisoNation the top speed of a Vespa GT300 is 82 mph, an electric scooter is not at all analogous to this
