It could possibly be the meat, tomato slices and lettuce being slightly squished together from Heavy's fingers. (The meat sounding fleshy, and the tomatoes and lettuce sounding kind of crunchy.)

For a love action this is VERY accurate!! The bottles, the hand, the sandwich! The only thing you missed was eating it during a gun fight…. (The gunfight was a joke)
