A dream come true in the fields of Nuwara Eliyas tea plantations. I can not get over how wonderfully cheerful these ladies are, despite the harsh conditions they work for a total of $3 a day! It is a true reminder to be grateful for every little experience you are fortunate enough to have... no matter how "shit" you think your job is.
I almost didn't jump into the chilly water at the waterfall, but I'm so glad I pushed through because it was unexplainably euphoric - to have the entire place to myself and spend a good 40 minutes taking it all in, truly was a priceless moment.
