I lost my Mom March 9 2022. She was my best friend and I miss her so much. I hope one day the pain isn't so intense, and I see her again in paradise!!

⁠@@paintedwarrior516My mom’s been gone for ten years and I just wanted to say one of the things I did at the holidays (which I know are incredibly hard to get through) was I still set a place at the table for her and in her dinner plate I set a 5X7 framed photograph. It did help the first couple of years. As her absence became more apparent, after that I didn’t feel the need to do that anymore and now I just keep her deep in my heart. ❤ Also, she frequently has shown up in my dreams…and of course I never want them to end. So there’s that, which I find very comforting.
