Professional eater Randy Santel "Atlas" vs Meg's Viral 28-Inch Mega Welsh Breakfast Sandwich Challenge hosted by Meg's Grill and Chill in Bridgend, Wales of the United Kingdom. After finishing up our 3-week Scotland Tour, ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬ and I spent 4 weeks (1 month) exploring most of the major cities and areas in the northern half of England, along with a few spots in southern Wales. During our travels, I attempted 2 Welsh man vs food restaurant challenges in southern Wales. For Welsh food eating challenge event #2, we headed over to Meg's Grill and Chill in Bridgend, Wales, located in the parking lot of Wickes Trade and DIY Hardware Store. We each attempted Meg's very popular 28-Inch Mega Welsh Breakfast Sandwich Challenge which has gone viral on social media lately, having been covered my news media outlets around the entire UK. There is a 28" long French Tiger Baguette loaf of bread lathered with butter and filled with 5 Welsh sausages, 5 fried eggs, 5 rashers of bacon, 5 black pudding, 5 fried hash browns, and then lots of grilled mushrooms and baked beans. I ordered some stewed tomatoes to help me get the bread down, but finishing all the stewed tomatoes was just optional. There is a long 45 minute time limit to finish everything, and I was trying to become the 4th champion to win my £15 Mega Welsh Breakfast Sandwich free plus a spot on Meg's Wall of Fame. I was trying to beat the current time record for the challenge, which was 13:28 set by my English friend Adam ‪@Beardmeatsfood‬ Moran. BIG thanks to Megan, Chris, and everyone with Meg's Grill and Chill for the wonderful food, drinks, and hospitality!! Special thanks also to all the wonderful people from around Bridgend and the southern Wales area who came up that Wednesday afternoon to watch and meet us!! We appreciate everyone in southern Wales and around Wales who watches videos and supports our hard efforts!! Then we'll start posting the 7 remaining American videos filmed around the USA in 2022 after getting home from this tour.
