This is a recreation of the "Spark Man's Stage" from the Nintendo NES game Mega Man 3 released by Capcom on 28 September 1990.
The original score was written by Yasuaki Fujita and was very influential to me and my music.
Being a huge fan of the Mega Man series I often listen the OST of the games.
I now have the chance to give this favorite melody of mine a different spin in the Psy Trance genre.

Very good remix of one of my favourite Megaman songs. Played the games back those days on my NES so obviously I am not at where I still go to a disco but if they would play that song in one in my area I would make an exception 😉

You hit us with a banger yesterday then you hit us with? God damn dude, this is so good, I love Spark Man's stage theme, so hearing this is like ear candy, and it's 7 minutes with no repetitive parts? This is like the gold of Mega Man remixes. It'd fit right in the Mega Man 11 soundtrack.

Not at the moment. Maybe some day, but I'm not sure when. Right now I'm mainly focused on the classic series as they have so many awesome tunes that I wish to remix. 🙂

There are so many really awesome old games with great ost's, but at the moment I'm focused on Mega Man, Jazz 2 and a few others that I've played in the past that made a lasting impression on me (unless someone commissions me to make a remix of course). The spirit of the themes and era is there, but 1:30 seconds to reach the beginning of a lukewarm change kills it for me. You are clearly good, but i feel you got lost in the sauce.

Well to each their own I guess. For me this moment builds up the track and lays the foundations for later on. My goal is to make these remixes sound like proper electronic tunes (which can be enjoyed even by people who are not familiar with the games) with all the phases of one - intro, mid, outro and not just lazily copy-paste the original with swapped instruments. 🙂 However I fully understand that this might not be everyone's cup of tea or an expectation for such a remix and I'm ok with it. Thanks for listening and for sharing your thoughts. 🙂
