One of my earliest ridiculous combo I've witnessed. 11 (or 12, not really sure) old me witnessed two senior players discussing then one of them pulling this combo. Really intrigues my younger self to found out more ridiculous combos out there, then Chaos happened 😂

If you know the history, Chic the Yellow is still confusing. It was hit for a combo with Makyura. But Makyura was banned at the same time. So why hit Chic if you are also gonna ban Makyura?

I think chick got the shaft because of his Association with the black scorpions. While Don's Zaloog was a terror and the trap cards involved with them were really getting heated, someone out there took one look at chick and said 'oh he could be trouble too!' and took his butt to the ban list! Don't know why he got thrusted in with the lot of them, but at least in konami's eyes, they see him as a threat!

"Your opponent does not see the card" what does that mean, that we have to put a blindfold on them lol? We don't have such effects today

Effects that make you look at the top card/s of your opponent's deck only let you look at the card. Your opponent does not get to look at the card when you look at it. This text is no longer used on cards like Spyral Gear - Drone because it is now a game rule, and it saves space on the card. It means your opponent hands their deck to you and you look at the top card of your deck, without letting your opponent look at it, and choose what to do with that card.

I think this is the first one to really explain the context of the OCG format that lead to the Chick the Yellow semi-limit. Even though there's plenty of videos that talk about how weird the semi-limiting is and the core combo not many talk about it being from a time of FTK and OTKs and mostly being a back up strategy.

Cards I still don't get why are on the banlist: Glow-up, 1/Duel revive balances itself at 1 copy. Maxx C: the great equalizer, we wouldn't see half the toxic formats we do if we had this like the ocg does which is why their formats are sooooooo much healthier. Orcust harp horror: uh the deck is dead T.Dragon Collosus: it's time we had a way to stop all the searching. Electrumite: pendulums are dead like my hopes and dreams, it's time to stop. Denglong: yang zing did nothing wrong Card of safe return: its too slow. Mirage of nightmare: see card of safe return. Pot of Greed: drawing cards isn't broken, searching the exact card you need IS broken its time we stop pretending drawing cards is broken. Sixth sense: see pot of greed. I know I'll get alot of hate for saying what I have but at this point the game has become so fast and ridiculous certain decks prior to tear format could playthrough nibiru and many other disruptions, personally I don't see what all the fuss is about the current format tears only set up 2 disruptions and die to both d.d.crow and dimension shifter yall need to just play the outs.

Not a fan too. Personally, I don't enjoy loud and dramatic KZfaqr. They act like they're performing for low attention span, mentally challenged person. Even worse when he kinda looked like a guy I despise personally 😂. But Yacine (the guy who helps him build decks) are pretty great channel to watch to
