It's part of Capitol's vaults line of reissues, so it's a reissue of the original mix. And, I'm not too confident about this, but I did heard and read around that it's remaster or a proper remaster too. Again, this reissue is not a REMIX and a remaster, and it's not a partial re-recording either (Take No Prisoners) like how the 2004 version is. Additionally, there's a digital downloadable version of this too. It's on certain sites like itunes for an example. Also, a few more things that I'll like to add, "Peace Sells" (The 25th Anniversary or The Capitol Vaults Edition) is a reissue and a remaster of the original mix too. However, unlike the "Rust" reissue you can get the "Peace Sells" reissue on CD and of course on vinyl, and as a digital download as well. And for "So Far...", even though it's part of Capitol's vaults line of reissues, unfortunately and for a strange reason, it's a reissue of the 2004 remixed & remastered version. Furthermore, all of the picture disc vinyl are reissues of the 2004 versions too. Plus, the original versions of "Killing Is My Business" & "Countdown" were remastered and reissued limitedly on CD, but both are out of print now. Although, you can get "Countdown" as a digital download still. Sadly, the "Killing Is My Business" remastered was only released on CD. :(
