A Mega Man comic dub? Back on the channel?! That's right! We're taking a departure from the Archie Comics series for a while and focusing on another awesome piece of Mega Man literature - Hitoshi Ariga's Megamix and Gigamix mangas! I've been super excited to share the first of what I hope are several projects based on this amazing series, and I hope you'll all share that feeling with me in time!
This story acts as a brief prelude to the events of Mega Man 9. A new law of robotics gives artificial life everywhere an expiration date. While some don't see the issue with keeping their population in check, Doctor Thomas Light, and a select number of Robot Masters - have something to say! When the robots rise up, will anyone be able to stop them? And what will be the fate of Doctor Light? Find out today!

Come to think of it, the newest robots are kinda validated by their want to rebel If i found out i was gonna get scrapped JUST to make way for a newer iphone model in the future id be ticked too It makes it all the more worse that people singled out Light himself as the main blame instead of using they heads and figuring out "Hey, maybe robots like living, maybe the people to blame should be the 1s making that new rule, since the only reason the newest robots are turning up is cuz they found out they have an expiration date." It makes Megas battle with them all the more difficult, seeing as the robot masters have a valid reason to fight instead of just rioting for no reason, every robot master event shouldve been teaching the humans things, like, dont rely on tech too much, or, just cuz dr light makes them doesnt mean he can CONTROL them. Amazing video, i never knew they made a comic like this💯

It's all Wily's fault in the end. They wouldn't rebel by themselves, neither would King do what he did.

@@frankspick7544 granted wily could of course make his own robots( though almost half of them are either stolen from others or based on other people's design), the law was to try and prevent robots from becoming a large threat

It maybe impossible to bring down Protoman under the 4th law of robotics. He's always on the move and he can teleport wherever he wants of his own free will.

Amazing work as always! I loved pretty much every voice that was given to each character, nobody felt out of place and it was all really well directed. Great work to everyone involved! I'm so happy to see somebody finally planning to dub these amazing mangas which are one of my favorite visual adaptations of the classic series, and to know you are doing it after I've already seen your other great dubbing works just makes it 10x better! Keep up the great work, and I look forward to seeing you dub more of this awesome series in the future!

Just came back to this after all those years because YT recommended me to watch it once again. Such good work. And frankly, the debate Dr. Right/Light had initially with the robot committee is not too far off discussions going on in our world these days regarding dated technology and ewaste. Except that just like the doc said, these robots have a soul and mind.

Oh! I remember this issue from back when the Rockman9 OST got released and I barely even could read proper English! Always _read_ through it but didn't really get every bit they were saying. Thanks for dubbing this, I truly enjoyed it!

I do plan to work on more Megamix/Gigamix comic dramas, but this specific one is only a short comic to act as a prelude to Mega Man 9.

I found this one on some forum ages ago, but as far as I can tell, scans are insanely difficult to find online of this series. I actually had to have my own scans made for the ones I'm looking to work on ^^'
