I think that was the point, I feel like he was particularly designed to be an easy and short final boss, hell he was even easier than elpizo for Gods sake but if you realize the symbolism the fight makes sense, as the story constantly hammers in the message that to quote X "it's the heart that counts not the body" meaning that it does not matter what body it is whether it is the original or a copy that was designed by elite scientists to surpass the original all that matters, is the will power of a person or if the soul is that of the original, even with a body that is weaker inadvertent or not, it will always surpass those who are designed to be stronger explaining why the fight was so effortless as zero. which is what copy x ironically lacked to beat zero; the compassion and naivety held by his original. It could also explain why Omega was buffed in his rematch in ZX because although vent/aile is using the power of model z they do not posses the soul and ideals of the original zero possibly relating to that moral that only the soul of the original is the only thing strong enough to beat the original or the copy.

@@valentinobisaccia1258 Given Omega was created as a single-minded killer machine, it does really add up. Zero has experience, maturity and even much more complex emotions despite his stoic facade, giving him a huge edge against a brutish berserker like Omega.

@@clownplayer7265 I like that. Cause it paints the picture that while Omega may have Zero's body and all his powers, he doesn't know how to use them nearly as well as Zero would.

I like this one more, because of how fast-paced the theme is. It's frenetic, frantic, and determined, just as Zero was with the knowledge of what Omega _was_ just seeping in as he fought for his life against it. The Mythos remix felt a bit slower to me, and isn't as intense in contrast.

well to be fair all versions of cannonball hit just right even the worse versions (particularly the zero zx legacy collection remastered version) I still like because they are still a bop to listen to even the compressed og version i still like because it gets the point across what the fight is going to be like, climatic and fast paced now if only the execution of said fight was actually good and challenging in zero 3, (not counting megaman zx rematch because that is what the fight should have been)

According to Inafune, Zero had all his memories back by the beginning of Zero 4, and since there is only 6-8 months between Zero 3 and 4 so he probably did regain his memories of Iris by that point. And to be frank: Zero harking on his past goes against his character.

@@Raijin-Arc I think x 8 Is like x 5 it's a mixed bag and in my opinion an overrated x game I only enjoyed half the levels the bosses and weapons were unmemorable and it's a nightmare for completionists especially with the grinding system even worse than x 3 x 5 and x6 imo
