I cannot believe we live in a world where the words “Megamind” and “Terrible” actually make sense in a sentence.

i refuse to accept this as apart of the megamind series.

I agree on all points. It still annoys me that over 10 years they made the animation worse and the new characters just seemed squeezed in, since they don´t fit anywhere in the prior lore. I hated Cako since I generaly don´t like the "annoying, little girl-sidekick" trope, especially when made badly, the Doom Syndicate in general doesn´t fit in any of the backstory since Megamind is was a solo player and spend most of his time in jail and it was never even hinted at that he had a Mentor. It is literally part of the first movie that he was soley raised by the normal inmates in jail and figured out engineering/science by himself.

I share a lot of sentiment with everyone who dislikes this movie. I do not find it to have any redeeming qualities. But something terrible happened after I saw it that I couldn’t control- I started hyperfixating on the knight guy. It’s ruined my life already even though it’s been, like, a day.
