Also how he casually threw her to the side off the bike when they were being chased by a building. Not really something a not very physically fit Megamind would be able to pull off without any enhancements.

No one thinks straight in life threatening situations and there is a lot of debris flying outward so if they did turn they would get hit by flying debris

Considering how close the building was to them, if he tried to turn, part of the building would still hit him and cause catastrophic damage.

You lose control when turning and would likely crash. The building was also huge and they were in a narrow space. Moving to the side would be ideal but as is said in the movie, he couldn't control the bike at that point.

Most Hollywood animated movies don’t have as much effort put into them because they’re focused on using cheap childish jokes to gain money, while Songs of War is a Minecraft animations series with beautiful lighting, atmospheric music, and interesting characters and plots, with no misplaced humor like in the middle of a battle or a betrayal. There’s usually only one joke per episode, which I think is good for a series with a more serious tone like SoW. It’s also what I based my old Minecraft skin off of, but we don’t talk about that or the videos I used it in. Both make me want to get amnesia XD

I’d guess Metroman could win by Supermanish confidence and willpower. Even if Superman is outmatched in power, he goes all in on winning. Granted Metroman isn’t Superman but i think if this was in the past before Metroman realised he didn’t want to be a superhero, he might easily have the willpower to do it.

I always figured the reason Titan ran was because he was just a coward. He already showed red flags towards Roxanne before his powers and became worse after them. Not because the powers changed him but because they made him realize he could do whatever he wanted and nobody could stop him, but when 'metroman' appeared he fled because unlike normal people Metroman can stand up against him and fight him

I mean Titan isn't even as fast or as strong as Metro man is plus Titan got like one percent of what Metro man has and also the fact that Metro Man has never really shown his true potential so yea metro man wins by a mile

While I agree with you, it makes a lot of sense in this one. Megamind had no real way to hurt Tighten.

Not only that, but the way he was going to beat Titan was by defusing the abilities in the first place.

But it made sense in this movie. Megamind just sucked all the power that he gave to the villain. Of course a fat ass will be exhausted after all that flying and fighting if he loses the super powers.

You’re technically right. He was just confused and trying to find what his destiny was. He had a shit ton of life sentences but I don’t think he actually ever murdered anyone and it was just property damage that people began to know him as a criminal for.

I would like to assume that MetroMan has superhearing (part of the reason his hideout is on the outskirts of the city, so he doesn't have to deal with hearing nearly everything going on around him,) and can hear what's going on in the city because Tighten starts causing mass destruction, which tends to be *very loud.* MetroMan wants to figure out who he is as a person without the expectations of others sitting on his shoulders all the time. That doesn't meant he's gonna sit back and let people *die.* I really do think that he was using his super-speed (which, remember, is fast enough that time basically stops from his perspective,) to get any endangered citizens to safety during Hal's rampages, by moving them out of the way, moving flying rubble around where it can land safely, etc.,

If I recall correctly, Megamind gave him the name Titan and when Titan felt betrayed, he changed it to Tighten. When Roxanne meets Tighten for the first time, it is spelled "Titan" in the pictures hanging from the strings. Then after the first fight, he spells it Tighten and the subtitles change from that point on to say Tighten.

At the end of the day, Tighten was just a spoiled, entitled manchild.
