Your discussion on the sermon was wonderful. I learn visually and your pastor’s use of those props was memorable. I read a story of an Amish husband who wanted to purchase his wife a new gas or propane powered washing machine. She told him no because she said that would cut her prayer time in half. She prayed for each member of the family as she hand washed their clothes and didn’t want that time taken from her. It made me think about being in the world but not of the world. It’s a hard road to be on sometimes. I’m 59 years old and learn so much from you. Thank you and God bless.

It’s so special when a sermon touches your heart. I use to hate going to church. By the time I got myself ready and 3 young kids, I lost all religion. It was so hard.

I enjoyed the singing, it brought back a lot of fond memories. We had no instruments, except a pitch pipe. The harmony was beautiful, as a little kid I always thought this is what Heaven sounds like. 😊 That was a good message, I know I’m so guilty of that. Have a great week.
