Reports have emerged that Meghan Markle allegedly tried to stand next to the late Queen Elizabeth’s bed in her final hours despite the palace forbidding it.
“In the United States we call that de lu-lu, delusional,” Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
Ms Schofield said it was reported the late Queen had reached out to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in her “dying days” to see them but the Sussexes allegedly denied the request.
“Harry and Meghan’s press team released the fact that Meghan would be attending to force the royal’s hand, that’s not the way it works.”

Hope security grabs her, tosses her on a plane to London, escorted to the royal court and be publicly humiliated by the King and Anne, Princess Royal. She should then be shunted off into a quiet place of the royal residences under constant watch of the Royal Guard and never seen or heard from again. P Catherine and the Queen had a love between them which was obvious and beautiful. I would like to think that they were able to have a last moment together, maybe not in the last hours but that doesn’t matter. What MM wanted was the merch value of a dying well loved Monarch. What I will never forgive the gruesome twosome for, especially Hazbeen, is that because of him throwing a tantrum about the vile wife not being allowed to go, they held the plane for him before deciding that he needed to find his own way there. And because of that delay, Prince Andrew and Prince Edward were not able to be with their mother when she died. As well as Sophie and Prince William. That breaks my heart, and I despise the two of them for it.

And then Harry had the unmitigated gall to do an interview with Anderson cooper and state without blinking that he was never invited on the plane and they just left him to his own devices. It's true that the IG is the only legitimate thing Harry has going for him, but I think that at his point, and in the interests of full disclosure, there are legitimate questions to be addressed as to how much actual input he's had in its organisation, even in its inception, and whether it's appropriate for him to continue as patron after constantly trashing the monarchy and the country itself. Those brave soldiers risked all for precisely those things. Harry's always enjoyed excellent PR from the IGs, but imo he shouldn't be allowed to use it to his own and to his wife's advantage. Surely there's something deeply wrong with that/

Harry's actions also contributed to the delay that prevented William, Andrew, Edward, and Sophie from reaching Balmoral in time to see the Queen before her passing. They were waiting on the plane on the tarmac, anticipating Harry's arrival, while Harry was engrossed in a heated argument with his father regarding Meghan's inclusion. If Harry were my brother and his actions resulted in me missing the chance to see our beloved mother/grandmother before her passing, I would harbor deep resentment towards him for the rest of my life. I think it is quite questionable what Markle contributed during her very brief time in the Royal Family as she already knew she was not staying before she married Harry.
