Very proud of the women in that community who found the strength to use their passion to help others after such a horrible tragedy. Most would've given up! And I'm also so proud of HRH Meghan for helping them & giving them the idea of a cookbook in order to bring in more funding to help even more people still suffering, to this day. From 2 days a week to 7 days a week. That's amazing!

Now this I LOVE! Seeing the Duchess working among real people, helping them in real terms, and having her and the people she's helping draw a parallel in their lives and the everyday kind of life that she had before her recent marriage. Now that's a bridge.

I just love how Duchess Meghan proves the public opinion wrong - week in and week out!! This is what "hitting the ground running" looks like. She did this for 9 months on the DL without any cameras or any "sources" spilling the beans and that all the whilst planning a wedding, attending other engagements with her fiancé/now husband. I applaud her and the other ladies for this initiative, this is more than a cookbook - it's a melting pot of tears, laughter, joy and inclusiveness. I ordered my copy today! Still, tears in my eyes as I watched every clip and read each article today... I must have written a book across social media I am so proud of this young woman.
