I have to say that I tried the Tower 28 SOS Spray upon your suggestion a few months back and it has maybeeee changed my skin for the better?! I still mask in all indoor public spaces and for nearly 3 years, that really upset my skin, especially on my chin. But now that the Tower 28 SOS Spray is in my skincare routine -- way less congestion and upset on my chin! It's a miracle worker and I just love how easy it is to use and how great it smells!

I always almost dislocate my shoulders when I use cream sunscreen on my body 😂 I have sensitive skin, eczema and possible KP (haven't got diagnosed with KP yet) and my nose is very sensitive to really strong scents. Do you have any suggestions for hair oil? I was looking online at the olaplex hair oil but I don't know what it smells like and I don't have colored hair so I'm not sure it's worth the 30 bucks? Edit to add: I'm looking at hair oils to bring moisture to my dry ends after its dry to calm them down

For B12 if he is anemic he might need shots. My mom and brother get shots. I got lucky I do absorb it in my diet. What mean by diet, alot of protein, diary and the f I can put nutritional yeast on it I will. I way overdue it to avoid shots.

Literally the only thing people need to do to get adequate electrolytes is to put a pinch of salt in water. That's it. You don't need to buy anything fancy. You don't need to buy a fancy sponsored drink from an influencer, or even a standard grocery item like Gatorade. LIterally just put a pinch or two of salt in a quart or liter of water, drink it, and go on with your day. No, it's not going to taste like salt water.

electrolytes aren't just salt! you can deff reap benefits from adding salt to your water, but the addition of potassium/magnesium makes a noticeable difference for me. plus the amount of salt I need is legit drinking the ocean lol
